My Psalm 23

The Lord is my Shepherd, my Deliverer, and my Healer.

Every step of the way, He provides for my every need.

He leads me to a place of rest while holding my fears at bay.

He walks beside me along streams of unexplainable peace.

In Him, I find strength to continue the journey as he guides me, 

My desire is to bring him all honor and glory.

 Even when the path leads into a valley of darkness,

I will not be afraid of the shadows, for He walks with me.

His Spirit guides me in faithfulness and cleanses me of all unrighteousness.

He gives his angels charge over me along every step I take,

He cloaks me in his presence, which is my comfort, never to be abandoned.

 In the midst of the pain, the trials and suffering, 

He administers salve to my wounds and healing balm to my soul.

He welcomes me into his presence as a friend.  

His hand anoints me with the oil of healing filling my heart with a joy that overflows.

All the days of my life, His grace covers me as His unfailing love upholds me.

Whether the days are as winter’s bleakness or filled with the  light of a cloudless day, He is faithful.

 He mercy washes away all my sin, as far as the east is from the west.

His goodness ministers forever to my every need.

Thus, He promises that I shall dwell in His presence, on earth, as it will be in heaven,

 Forevermore.
